If you have no Internet presence at all yet, and do have a valid home or office business, a subscription currently allows you to post a business profile, submit up to five articles for posting and submit a 468×60 banner for display on a Very Small Business advertising site.
Getting Internet exposure for any new business entering the Internet business arena today can be expensive or cheap, depending on the results you expect to get from your web presence. These Very Small Business sites help new businesses establish a presence now, inexpensively through the use of sites. As your Internet business grows, you can take your business and go away from these sites, or stay on, if you want to keep using services through the sites.
If you already have some form of Internet presence for your business, the Very Small Business sites can be used to help you expand on that presence by creating a business profile and writing up to five articles.

The following sites are reserved to advertise your business on the first page of the site.
All advertising packages start at $49.00 per year and include your site subscription. This current ad rate will be increased as subscription rates are increased on September 1st 2009 and January 1st 2010.
Your Ad runs for one year from the date it is released on the site. Your small images ( for banners, etc.) will be placed on the Very Small Business site or the ad can refer to your own site for images, as long as they will be available for the duration of the year from the remote location.
If you would like to publish your own complete page in addition to the ad at the top of site contact Site Admin. In most cases a folder can be set up for you to log-in and publish your own page on the site. You will have complete control of the page content without any site administration approval. Site Admin reserves the right to publish any page you provide within any location of the site, if you do not wish to control and publish to your own folder.
You can also provide a cloaked link for your ad or get help to cloak your links. You can also cloak your link to any of your site pages or your folder that you are using at this site. Eventually, as part of the Very Small Business tools, cloaking will be provided through a companion site, but that is a bit down on the to-do list yet.
