Diet Of Football Players
Many people want to know what football players eat to stay fit and healthy. All the posh and fancy tableware they have in their kitchen, do they ever get used or do they have their own butler to do the cooking for them? From the money they earn they probably do. There are some footballers who like to cook for themselves but what do the once do who have no clue how to make any types of food?
Every football players eat healthy food there is no doubt about it. They workout hard in the field and the gym so their body need food fuel. All body parts will be craving for food/protein after gym and football training. They need combination of minerals, vitamins, fat and proteins to heal micro tears from exercise.
Most footballers like to drink protein shakes and eat seafood, because it contains protein after any sort of exercise. Seafood like tuna and salmon provide protein to the body that repairs bones, tendons and ligaments. It also rebuilds muscles after a run. In regards to the meat, white meat provides more protein for the body than the red meat.
Nutritionists advise footballers to have some carbohydrates too along with protein, as just protein is not good for the body. Body also requires carbohydrates and some fat. Not too much though some roasted peanuts during the afternoon will do you good.
Football players to be honest can afford to eat out every day so I am not sure if they need to worry about their daily diet. Most of them have strict diet plan to eat the same food or similar type of food during evening, afternoon and morning. Football players such as David Beckham, Zinedine Zidane and Robbie Fowler love cooking and have their own diet. Them three have huge kitchen at their premises and all types of kitchen accessories available for cooking.
Football players are not allowed to drink too much beer so they probably don’t have beer glasses at their homes.
