On 15 May 2020 I used a very generic 5 word search term in four different search engines.
The sites I was looking for appeared on the first page of each search engine and near the top.
The total amount of results for the four different search engines were:

The information for the exact very generic search term or phrase as well as the information for the specific search engines was not included in this article because the information is too sensitive to publish.
On the other hand, if you wish to learn how to get search results like that, consider acquiring a membership for you or your business.
You can read and think about it here before I remove or change that membership.
That membership will be eliminated and replaced with a new membership that has less benefits for the same or possibly more cost.
